A security source said the chopper was targeted by insurgents while flying over Kajaki.

An Afghan army Black Hawk helicopter has made an emergency landing in Kajaki district in Helmand, said Omar Zwak, a spokesman for provincial governor on Monday.

The reason of the emergency is not yet clear, he said.

A security source said the chopper was targeted by insurgents while flying over Kajaki and "was carrying wounded army soldiers."
